Resources are not planet specific persey. Sometimes they are but not always. Skevon might spawn on one planet or two or all the planets on a server. Ideas use survey droids to check all the planets on your server for a spawn. Second check swgcraft.com to see if its spawned and when and what quality it was.
Lastly what server are you on some of us can spare you some skevon. Atleast sell loan or give away freely. So if you could tell us your server. One of us can be more helpful.

Hey, im currently grinding WS, jsut wondering how likely i am to be able to get 100k Skevon gas, if im paying 1mil for it?

i saw a 100k of it for 6 mil -- this hasnt spawned since january on our server.
