I stopped beliving in any sort of balance concerning loot when i found out there are 4 (exceptional) or legendary rifles, 2 powerhammers, 2 - 3 pikes that i know of, several over 700 str Dots and so on.

Actually 350 is the max on krayt tissues, i remeber seeing some looted that were for sure in hte 320 range

I've never seen barrels with damage and speed like he's describing. I have, however, seen a screenshot of a crafted flamethrower that was clearly made with the best blaster rifle barrels in existence. l'll see if I can dig it up off the Commando forum.
I've neither seen nor heard of stocks with anything approaching the damage you describe. Every single looted stock I've ever seen has been crap. Period.
You CAN find krayt tissue with the damage numbers he's after, but you're talking about stuff that's maybe dropped half a dozen times across 20+ servers over two years. The half dozen number is a guess, but I think it's fair.
EDIT: Here is the flamer in question. The crafter said that the barrels took "about a second" off the speed, and that thefinished weapon got a 20% damage slice.So the barrels were VERY fast withAMAZINGaccuracy mods (don't missthe ideal accuracy on that flamer) but onlyaverage or slightly above average damage, it seems.

Even if someone was able to pull together all those loot comps, and it took a perfect slice, what would it be worth?
Who would choose a crafted weapon doing 1600 overone of theExceptional T21s out there with their monster dots? Superior looted weapons are more common than any one of the components list, let alone all of them together.

I'm pretty sure it's 300, I know a person on Flurry looted 300 max legendary. I'm thinking taht legendary is 10x normal stats, the acklay venom I have is 7000 which is 10x the base 700.
