All of which would be pretty damn nasty to get hit with. But also keep in mind what happens to the weapon if you end up getting a speed slice too. it's a tough choice you got ahead lol. And while the devs stated that good weapons now, will be good weapons after the CURB, I have my reservations. Personally I would wait until after the CURB to craft the weapons so that you know which weapons will be most effective. It may be after the CURB that the DE10 is no where near as powerful as it is now. Your DE10 might still be considered the best DE10 on the server but what does it matter if it's no longer a viable weapon to use.
Keep in mind that if he chooses to make a scatter....he can actually make 4 scatters, which means hes lilkely to get the following slices on 4 scatters.
Slice #1: Crappy Speed slice. (Still a good enough weapon to sell for a couple mil)
Slice #2:Good Speed slice. (Still a good enough weapon to sell for a couple mil)
Slice #3: CrappyDamage slice. (Good enough weapon to use personally or sell for 3-4 mil or whatever works for your server)
Slice #4:GoodDamage slice. (Good enough weapon to ADK, brag about, hunt jedi, kiss, hug, polish, spit shine, worship, ...etc.)

This should be true. All weapons will be "nerfed/adjusted" inrelativity. So if someone has a DE-10 with 500 max dmg, then they nerf it to only 10% of that, i.e 50 max dmg.
If the system works, then a DE-10 with 600 max dmg would be nerfed down to 60 dmg. It may not seem like a lot of damage, compared to the +100 you had earlier but who knows how it will work. The figures are quite low, so 2 or 3 points could make a significant increase, especially when there's multipliers involved.
50 maxdmg DE-10 x "Ear Lobe Shot@5x multiplier" = 250 dmg
60 maxdmg DE-10 x "Ear Lobe Shot@5x multiplier" =300 dmg
The value would have increase substantially from the original weapons 10 point difference. All this is theory, speculation and an over active imagination though ![]()
