Unfortunately that one schematic that was found, it's not doable by a CL 1 character. The rest though, the devs have said, should be...which might make them attainable off of mustufar, much like those clone relics quests in RoTW where they weren't actually on the new planet.




Damn. Even if that CL1 has help?

Yeah, I think the only schematic so far found is one for SW with a modified fusion reactor...it was a 25 use something schematic that you had to kill a mob in the high Cl 70's...
