Laser rifle! Laser rifle!

Don't use them in a pistol whatever you do. That ludicrous 2.8 speed modifier will be wasted on piddling little guns.

Why not an E11 rifle then? True plumbum is a gating resource but the max damage isn't so relevant (since you are adding so much) and so you want good min damage which E11s can give you (my E11s do 92-175 damage unenhanced unsliced) and you get the benefit of having a rifle with about 2.0 or better speed and amazing damage with medium AP

Personally, I really lean towards single bph weapons because 4 of them would sell for more than 1 riffle, though i hadn't really thought about the e11.

As for an update, there is no update yet. I haven't used the tissue, but when I do, i'll take an ss of the weapon and post that up here too.
