Based on the speed it isn't a Krayt pistol, my guess would be a yellow cube for higher damage and low condition and maybe a high velocity pistol barrel.

geo pistols are pretty cheap to make now, even at the most expensive for me it was 2M for a schematic which would be 400k per gun and only 300k for a schematic now or 60k per gun, 500k for tissues then auction with minimum bid of 4M?

I would have to agree on the weapon not being Krayt, by default the weapon should be at least 2.4 speed, unless hey got some terrible moderates, but that normally should affect the damage/condition also.
