withdrew all my sales 20+ items and forgot to retrieve them... then fired my vendor ... poof all items gone... ) needless to say that was a hard lesson i learned and now a much wiser Merchant, ...that will never happen again lol

Ditto, except I lost around 400 items. As well as the old 'oops, i forgot to pay maint on my factory', and lost 500 advanced handlers and 500 advanced feed mechs. Grr.

Gah! The same happen to a buddy of mine he quit smithing shortly after. Same went for Miner when his factory disappeared. Anyways glad to see you're still around and to the original poster....DOH!!! Here's a smile for ya.
I feel all of your pain.Prior to being a MWS, I was trying to eek out a meager existence sellingrepair tools, power- ups and WUKs, I had almost 400 items on my vendor when I came in one day and it was completely empty. The maintenance still showed 13 days and my house was paid for another 20! I asked the DEVS about the loss and only received a standard form letter.
