FS crafting skills are learned at the Aurilian village on Dathomir, you'll have to unlock your force sensitivity before you can enter the village. Once in the village there are quests you can do to unlock force crafting skill branches, the village changes phases every few weeks, and which phase it's in determines which force crafting skill branch you can learn (there are four different skill brances).
