Yeah, Garentore, I have bought about 8-10 of your T21's but keep getting speed slices or crappy damage slices. Still I am a sucker and will keep trying :-)

However...(dramatic pause), my t-21's are terrible(Gasps from the crowd). I can't break the 7 second barrier, and my damage is too low. (woman faints).OK, I'm sarcastic, but its true. I dont know if its the resources available on valcyn, or what, but my t-21's are so horrific, I WON'T EVEN USE THEM, and i'm a rifleman. Its not me, my lasers, e11's pistols, everything else are superb. But t-21s come our like poop. I dont bothe rmaking them anymore. Especially since Spectre's pre-patches are still floating around(I have one)
Has anyone else had this problem?
no i don't have that problem... i have 911 OQ alantium 894 OQ Gallorian, 894 OQ Polonium and 938 OQ ditanium... sure my ADV t-21's don't get lower than 7.2spd (7.6spd with stock) but people still buy and use them like crazy... my stocked version come out @ 405 max damage, the regular are 365... i'm a master rifleman and carry both t-21's and a krayt laser on my chr... i find myself using the t-21 more often due to its lower damage variance rather than the laser (771 max damage no stock - sliced and powered)... even in PvP i find myself using a krayt stocked E11 or the t-21 rather than the laser... one good strafe2 and they are toast... the real key to the t-21 is the heavy AP not the max damage...
Remember, OQ is only half the story on the Polonium and Diatnium, you need to also figure in Conductivity. You can have both resources at 1000 OQ, but if CO is only 1, then you are only getting 50% of what the metal could add to the gun. You would be better off with CO and OQ at 750, that would bring them to 75% of Max.

And lets not forget that because of the non Conductivity of some of these materials the Conductivity of the metals is even more important than 50%
