The Blaster Pistol Barrels are very nice because they add 10 max dmg and leave the speed alone. The High Caliber Projectile Pistol Barrels are not that great, they add 10 max dmg, but also make the weapon .3 seconds slower (pretty sure on that). You can counter-act this speed reduction by finding a Balanced Feed Mechanism that you put into a Projectile Feed Mech to be used in that same weapon. In the end you end up with a pistol that has 10 more dmg and the same speed as a normal crafted one.

High Velocity Blaster Pistol Barrels = Good

High Caliber Projectile Pistol Barrels = Not so good unless you have Balanced Feed Mechs to go along with them

Can someone tell me exactly which character in the rebel theme park gives these out as a reward?

I was under the assumption it was C3PO, but all I get from him are PROJECTILE pistol barrels and high energy capaciters. Does he have a 3rd option for his loot and Im just unlucky or are they given out by a different character?

also.. the form fitted stocks from the imp park, they come from kaja (or whatever) the first quest person inside te door right?

Check the bazaar under Ranged Weapon Components. I can usually find a least a few HVBPBs on there each week.
