The red cubes are almost never used for WS's but AS's find them usable in things like RIS armor. Green cubes and yellow cubes both have different stats that are used by different professions, so a cube that may be base or low end for a WS may be a very good cube for an AS. Anything that I did not specify for an AS is best used for WS's.

your top AS's will be interested in the REDs as they will already be maxing the base Eff of RIS and will now also be looking into lowering the encumbrance. With good NS layers 10% and above they will almost always hit 80% kin/80% base.

I made a DXR6 rifle with some reds for my alt, its nice so i dont have to buff him whenever i go to check harvesters. Though not as bad as a T21, rifles unbuffed will incap you fast with specials

The red cubes might be useful to an Armorsmith to use in an Interwoven RIS schematic. But to WS they aren't that much better than a white cube.
