overall I think the best way to see it is that the game is F*d up right now and we're still waiting on the devs to at least somewhat fix it. (I know a full fix will never happen since this is a fix for the mistakes they made in the game's beta)

Perhaps this was a sarcastic statement, but I think there may be some truth to this. I took a look at the Galaxy-Wide Vendor Search just a few minutes ago to compare how my new-CU weapons were bring priced vs. those of my fellow WS on the server, and discovered something interesting...all of the Post-CU weapon schematics "granted" to a WS as they earn the appropriate skill block (RSF Sword, E11 Carbine Mark II, etc.) are listed in the Vendor Search along with all other weapons pre-CU, but weapons such as the Acid Sword, Sith Sword (the ones we're all clamoring about) are not.

It leads me to believe that we will not see these additional schems until the ROTW release. It seems logical, since even if they were present in the CU and looted schematics, they should still have an item listing on the vendor search as the other looted schems do, such as the DE-10, Beserker, et al.

I think this man's on to something....

My post about them being part of the expansion wasnt sarcasm, just a guess. But take into account Geo guns can only be made from looted schematicspatched in with the Geo cave, DE-10 and Black Sun Hackcame with the Bunker. SOE are pushing the fact that the Expansion has over 100 new quests, some of them must have stuff worth the effort. I mean even the Scythe schematic is a quest reward.

Are they one use schematics, or are they likeRIS in that once you learn it, you have it forever?

All the old WS schematics have a limited number of uses. I'd expect the same to be true for the new ones.
