Yes, with those, you won't be selling anything to uncapped swordsman, but if they have taken the time to get a few speed tapes, and have maxed, and you can get good damage slices on them, they'll be worth much more then non-loot versions. Just need to find the right market.

On chilastra the current speed of a regular hammer is 5.2 using 41/41 -0.58 arc's. Since acklay bones do not have a speed modifier they are BASE speed according to the quality of your resources(On Chilastra this is Carbigepeg(999SR Kammris) Diva(999SR Steel) and Tevafidian(Copper 968SR) should make it 5.8 Speed.
