also...please check THIS thread and tell me if the guy claiming to have crafted a 1000+ damage HC is full of crapolla or not...
It does seem fishy. He should be willing to post a screen shot to prove he actually has this pistol and it isn't pup'd.

No those stats are purely possible I've made several similar, once you start using 170+ tissues you can start to get some amazing stats

I dont see how they are possible, Mor-dan used 300 Max dmg tissue's and only seemed like he hit max dmg. No doubt he uses the best resources/components.

Practically every resource I have is the best on Ahazi and I know the ones I use for my scatters are the best. I have seen the system messages for the max damage cap of 948.75.
And most of the servers are reporting the same cap.
If you are making scatters with a higher max damage, I'd love to hear exactly how you are doing it. And I'd like to see the screen shots.
