Welcome to the world of the armorsmiths... not glad to see it happen though, was actually considering going MWS for crafting freedom. Guess this game is getting shelved.

The whole slicing thing is dumber for me..im a MWS Master Smuggler...I make good weapons and slice them..now there will be very litte for a smuggler to do.

Well I'm going to bed. Gonna really be looking for an answer, I'll be bumping this till April 30th day before my acct expires. This is whats making me think about leaving.

This sucks so bad. I have millions of the best resources, 12pts and FS. Now I'm going to be on par withnot only new players but every WS in the game? The individuality and competition between crafters is why I stuck with SWG intead of WoW.
C'mon. How else, other than registation date are we supposed to be veterans? Make new players earn thier shiz the way we did. Honestly, they will appreciate it more.

From what I have read the best line to exp on is DMG. The wound line is also capped. After damage the exp on speed, but do not expect changes of more than .1 or so..

theres only 1 shiny side to the new weapon caps. Hitting a cap with good resources and/or enhancers means a slice isnt needed and therefore undetected passage through hostile cities.
its not a huge plus, I know, but I gotta stay positive. Ive already been banned once for trying to make everyone aware of things getting snuck into the game.
PS. on TC3-Chilastra I was hitting the weapon caps on some weapons after initial combine when using decent krayt tissues before they 'accidentally' took it down.

also lowering the action costs of components and final weapon is going to have an impact.
I did dome tests with duels, melee people never seem to run out of action fighting ranged people. Ranged people on the other hand are emptying themselves completely landing states to try and keep the melee people away from them during 50% of the encounter. I tested it from both sides and this was what I observed. For ranged weapons, those extra 2 points and FS bonuses should help you lower the cost on firing the weapon.
for the immediate short term I probably will end up crafting a lot of different spices till everyone figures out just what exact combination of food and spices they preferr.
