You guys do realize that decimals are off by 1 place right?
Even a 1.0000 speed stock will only slow the rifle down by .1, and a .10000 stock will slow the rifle down by .01. I personally use +1.15xxx stocks with -25 SAC now.

K, its early, I'm tired. Bear with me. So if I have stocks that are listed at:
+0.026 speed
4 wound
-13 AC
They're actually:
+0.26
or
+0.0026?
+0.026 speed
4 wound

Still using pre-CU -20 SAC 0.0 speed stock's on custom orders and anything with a loot component. But I must say that with full amazing's on my post-CU stocks, the -23 SAC with 0.9 Speed is looking rather tastey

why are you guys experimenting on speed so much?
my latest are -25sac 1.3speed
i don't think that the .1 sec is worth losing 10-12 sac on. put the speed on your abph if your capping sac to easilly. I usually take the extra 5 sac even over a 0 speed pre-cu as that is 2 exp points in sac. If i have points left after the damage i need to cap i toss it in speed on final and get pretty good results.
