Thread: Experimentation do how many points you put in matter?

Yeah every time u run experimentation increases the complexity by one. dunno if it affects weapon repair though.

Complexity greatly affects the time it takes to make the weapon in a factory. I don't think it has an effect on repair, but I don't have hard data to back that up.



No. It is base complexity x 8 = time in sec

While complexity DOES increas the time to craft in your tool, it does NOT increase factory time.

When I experiment on weapons, I typically experiment like this: 3 points, 3 points, 3 points, 1 point.


When you do too many points at once you run the risk of a failure or getting a lower total gain.

The more times you experiment the more chances you have at getting a failure or moderate sucess.

I choose the middle of the pack. I experiment in chuncks of 2 or 3 (Usually 3), then top it off with the last point if there's room. Sometimes I'll get an amazing sucess and I can place that last point (or 2) into condition or accuracy.


That's my technique anyway.
