Hello Trean,
Unfortunately we will not be able to recover these resources. Factories are NOT meant to be used as storage. They are factories meant to be used for the creation of items. We have no means to track items within containers within factory input hoppers and while I understand that a fellow player told you that this was a simple matter of a CSR doing something to make these appear, this player was mistaken. In order for us to even attempt to recover items we would need to be able to verify them in our logs. Because this is not the intended use of a factory we cannot do this and thus we cannot offer a reimbursement or replacement of items lost in this manner. While I am sorry to hear you have lost these items, I'm afraid that there is nothing more we will be able to offerin this instance. In the future please use the intended means for storage, such as houses or banks, as we do have the ability to track things placed within these. Please delete this ticket at your convienence.

Yes, every weaponsmith is supposed to have a guild hall to store hundreds of ressources and components. Of course that shouldnt be a problem regarding your harvesting needs, since a guild hall just requires 9 lots. So you can still use the one remaining lot to harvest materials. YAY! Thank you!
Give us a warehouse already (that supports tracking of items like houses do)!
I m sorry to hear you lost your ressources, Trean. I hope you ll get em back somehow... I know that i myself would quit if something like this would happen to me. Thats like all the effort you put into the game for a year simply went poof! Unacceptable!

It all depends on the CSR.
99% of them will be tooo lazy to help you.
.5% will tell you tp upgrade your video card
.5% will actually try and help the people that pay his salary.

Yepp totally agree, they should finally start to do what they are paid for, or what they have in their job description. They are named: Customer Service Reprentives right??????????? Than start acting like one

I'm not sure what they expect us to do.
Vendors are not supposed to be used for storage (In fact, they called it an "explioit")
Factories are not for storage...
SO that leave houses. 75 items per lot...
I guess they expect us all to have mule accounts with 10 small houses and abank vault filled with resource stacks.

Yeah pretty much looks like that!! Well if they don't want my resources to be in my vendor they can buy them all

They are all for sale, exept I am really fond of them so I have set the asking price to 99.999.999.

New Coorespondant bump, this is an issue and it needs to be addressed whether I get my resources back or not. Space(storage) = money & lack of space = lack of crafting ability & lack of crafting = no good items & no good items = people cancel accounts.
Oh did I mention all 3 million + resources are still gone, and I am still a little pissed about it.
