First, if you want the best experience you should not be producing items but practicing them instead.

Secondly, this is what you need to do:

Craft one item and find out what the counter number is in the upper right hand corner of the crafting tool. Once you figure that number out you need to divide it by the number of crafting tools you have. Use the result as your pause time. Then you should start you macro with a /pause 2 to allow the last window to close before starting the first again.
