It was never intended as a DPS test, i just included the damage and the time it took for the action bar to run out as additional information.
What i wanted to see was how much longer the action bar lasted between a weapon that had no experimentation on SAC and a weapon that did.

If you want to find out the relationship between different SAC drains on the action bar, you need to use weapons with identical speed. If
you're going tofire a weapon quicker, it is going to eat your action bar quicker, even if both weapons have the same SAC.
I didnt find this the case, if you refer back to the original post, by going via the timestamps on the combat log (i know this is only accurate to the nearest second), i found in both cases the specials were being spammed at roughly the same intervals. As it was there was only a modified speed difference of 0.14 between tthe two scatters, so im my opinion this was hardly a contributing factor
