Fleiwia, that sounds like an actual projectile feed mechanism. The advanced weaponsmith ones usually come out around 19-39, -0.4. We're looking for a projectile feed mechanism enhancement.

I'm still incredibly curious if there is something out there dropping that's better than the high velocity feed mechs. Have we figured out what influences the ammount of damage that the HVFM's drop at? My guess is random luck as I'm still out killing the highest level nym guys but getting nothing new. But to back up a previous statement, BH loot is basically just random stuff that drops off of variously affiliated higher level NPCs. Aakuan's, Nym, and Corsec are the three most common (I believe, I only did about 330 of these missions before I got master and it's possible that they changed them with the cash/exp hike, I've heard that loot drops are more common for marks at least.)
