best one i made so far was krayt just for kicks:

4.3 speed 398 max, i forget the min. the sad part is i used an IMP themepark stock too and the stats DID not stack with the tissue

just made one that was krayted and with the formfitted stock. came out 180-390, 4.5spd, 900+cond. Wonder how much these babies will fetch...

thats the worst mind cost ive seen yet.. i thought my adv stock t-21 rifles w/ 106 mind were murder. 117 mind.. oh my.. even with bio-enhanced brandy I can feel my mind pool draining.

117 is bad, looks like it was made with a precision scope. But with Vasarian Brandy and a 30 second 2 hour mind buff from dancer/musician its no problem.

A musician and dancer with all three action stats buffed can do over 1500 points to the mind pools in 30 seconds and they last for 2 hours to 2.5 hours.
