Thread: Value Check- uber looted adv proj pistol barrels

obviously a price check or auction belongs in a trade forum, but I would like an unbiased opinion from some Weaponsmiths as to an items value, so if you are on naritus, and post, thanks, but that is my server. I am looking for non-naritian ws's opinions. If you saw this on your server, how much would it be worth, etc. Thanks for any and all available information. there are three total...
Advanced Projectile Pistol Barrels (Exceptional)
min dam- 36
max dam-60
speed- -1.95
wound- 21
ideal range- 16
Thanks, and please help me in any way you can. I am wavering back and forth whether to sell or keep. Also, what advice as to which weapon it would make the best improvement in, i know it'll work in launch, scatter, and striker. I assume they would be best accompaniend with Krayt tissues in a scatter, and gorax bones in a launcher.

LOL, that was my initial reaction, i took screenshots of them, showing no slice, to make sure they couldn't be claimed to be exploited items, lol. Still, anymore information besides some extra slobber on my monitor would be nice, lol, jk

also, seeing that many non-ws may not know worth, would these be more valuable post-weapon-craft. Should i make some enhanced scatter and/or launcher pistols first, then decide keep/sell

I have a similar one with more min damage and speed is -2.1. I would suggest getting some krayt and putting in a weapon first and then selling it. if you get the right tissue you could make a nice score.

Wow nice barrels ! If only you could teleport them to Lowca......LOL
Wow...Lots of options.
I have 2 suggestions
Find a reputable weaponsmith with 12 exp points and +20 assembly who has been around a long time ( he/she will have better resourses ). Heck if you were on my server, I would make the gun for free, just so I could put my name on it ... LOL
Launcher Pistols: The speed Mod would be most useful for this gun because it is the slowest of weapons which use Proj Pist Barrells. (make sure to get some high end gorax shards or spider fangs to go with the barrel) Look for something with at least 30-40 add damage.
Scatter Pistols: This is the only weapon which could use both the barrel and Krayt (best of all it only requires one piece of Krayt). I would look for someone who has looted some exceptional Krayt ( around 100dmg) and offer to trade one of the barrels for 1 of the exceptional Krayt tissues. Combined together, this would make some extremely exceptional guns. Get a decent damage slice on one of these and you are set for life 
Anyways, that's what I would do.....LOL

Get some of the best krayt tissue you can find and make a scatter, or get the best spider fangs you can find and make something else (FWG5, Striker, etc)
BTW, you would probably make far more money having those put into a weapon and *then* selling them... unless you end up with 2 weaponsmiths in a bidding war when you auction them off

you do know if you make this into a scatter, especially with a krayt, youll hit 0 speed?
