A smith on Ahazi made some 409 a few days ago.

Used Adv PHs from the Craft-Patch-Day (thank you SoE, dumbsh!ts), Adv Rifle Barrels and Adv Stocks.

ahh stock, with no slice..no enhances my weaponsmith made me a batch of 7.7 speed 401 max damage t21s..those were sweet! got some sick slices out of those

I'm at 402 currently.

Umm that honor would have to go to Bastilaa who made some ones on crafting nerf day that were 7.2 max 420s, at the time, they said hvys, so I am assuming they were stocked...as for me, I have 7.7 max 401s but we have a new gas that ups the dmg on my handlers by a point so that number should go up soon.

7.7? Jeez. I make stocked T21's that are 400 max on the nose (trying to improve this, heh) and 7.2 speed...

Oh, and now that it occurs to me (after I hit Post, of course), I make limited-edition T21's with 393 max and 6.7 speed. A slower, higher max one is obviously preferable to the speed-capped rifleman, but if you're not speed capped, that low (for a t21) speed is very very nice. My personal one is 206-510 6.7 after a damage slice.

Hehe, and can you believe I only made one ABPH schematic? What was I thinking?! In my defense, when the patch day came around I had only been a WS for a few weeks and didn't realize how many ABPH's I would really end up using.

i fixed the 495. it was supposed to be 395

to help get the lowest speed possible on stocks. use just 1 experiment point first im the dmg line of course. then experiment like you normally would. this gets the speed to its lowest possible everytime.
