i was wundering what is the best damage some people have on some vk i have mine sliced at 44 195 damage and speed 1.9

Hey kinda new to the TKA tree was wondering whats the best VK u can get for TKA and if someone has one they are willing to sell? thx in advance

you could try posting this on the starsider forums.
On intrepid the average VK has speed of 2.2 and a max damage of around 147

I do much better with low HAM VKs. there is a large and noticeable difference (depending on your smith's willingness to get into the process).
the difference made by losing a few dozen points of HAM on your VKs is of course going to vary by your character plan. my character has the lowest possible strength and quickness--high HAM VKs hurt, but with my low HAM VKs i can spam specials. I do not remove the VKs for specials because i rarely make a swing that is NOT a special.
i recommend trying all types and seeing what suits your playstyle. there are a large number of variables involved.

Starsider's VK's are like this as well.

Curse the lack of an edit button...
The way HAM experimentation works, each point shaves 1 or 2 off the cost. Its not worth it considering the ammount of speed and damage you would lose.

I have a couple low-HAM VK's. The killing efficiency does not improve. Stick with the high damage versions and use a mind cost powerup.

My VK is 2.2 -187
HAM costs arnt too bad, so long as the fight doesnt drag out too long.

Right this is gonna sound stupid, but i heard of someone mention a set of vk's with dot, does anyone know a) if these actually exist and b) where i can get them from?
If they don't is there anyway to get better ones or am i stuck with my 30-183 damage standard sliced ones?
