I've tried several different types of materials, but the best stock Ive been able to make is 40/40 damage and 3.87 speed using 650 sr deciduous wood and 806 link steel alum.

Has anyone been able to make one with higher damage or lower speed?

ah, that sounds about right.

I was afraid you were pumping out DXR6b rifles with an attack speed of like 10.0 for a second

mine are identical to Biggens.

We got some new wood a couple days ago that let me drop the speed down from something like .38 or .37 down to .290

I can make some sweet rifles with that

shock res. on the wood is 679. The aluminum is over 800 I believe (isn't in the swgcraft database anymore ).

Oh, and to get the speed down it took 11 exp points. For some reason I can't max the dmg line onadv stocks without using 11 points.

Good thing I finally got that extra point!

The SR 679 deciduous wood is current on starsider so I'm grabbing it while the grabbing's good!

yes because that is the only wood you can use to make an advanced stock.

45 45 do not remember the speed. I only made one when I found this material in a medical bag i had stashed on my bh. I was useing this stuff to make meds. It was a crying shame. The srson both were over nine hundred I think. Right now I am doing 31 31 need to get better wood. Probabally better link steel too.
