Thread: BH Loot for weapons Couple Questions

I'd like to know if this stuff is good for anything. I'm bh/cm/pistol, so i'm thinking fwg or scatter or decent carb.
-Is any of it usable? If so, what gun is it best for?
-Do i need more components like krayt tissue or something to go with it?
-Would i be better off just selling them to a WS in exchange for a gun or cash?

your scopes can go into all the weapons so no worries there, the set of Power Cells that you have is enough to make you a nice carbine + scatter + HLC, and a decent ALR. The reinforced casings are used to make FWG5's, and require one casing / gun. So all in all you have plenty of components to make some really nice weapons.

Apparantly I don't run enough bounty missions. I've run about 70 and all I have to show for is one stack of 10 stocks, 1 stack of 6 scopes, and one stack of 4 reinforced casings.

rofl, too many BH missions. I have an auction going with some other stuff too, tapes, bh armor.
I'm starting to see i don't need as many guns as this stuff can build, atwhat sort of prices should i be fairly vendoring them to smiths?

I think you may be right about when i looted them but i'll have to find a WS on my server (Bria) to test it with. Can't remember getting one in the last week or so. They should have just converted these ones instead of borking them.

hell I sitll think they should have a minium bonus of 20 since I believe that's what the cap is on craftable ones. my scope resources are just shy of cap and I get 19 accuracy before I run out of room on that stat. this +15 and under on a looted BH scope is BS, they seem pretty much worthless to me now, only the speed mod is decent
has anyone else seen the post-22 scopes drop with more than +20 accuracy?

Any suggestion of auction value for them? Sort of a general pricing guide accounting the stats and # in stack would be good.

ive ran over 100 BH missions, more actually i think, but i have yet to loot any of the weapon components.

when did you loot those scopes? the accuracy bonus is really high on those which suggests to me it was pre-publish 22. these pre-22 scopes are bugged causing the damage of the wepon to change either from kin to energy or energy to blast and the weapon only deals out 1 damage. in pub 22 the devs "balanced" the looted scopes dropping the accuracy bonus and I have yet to see a post-22 scope that has more than +15 accuracy. the only stat on them that's better than what I've crafted is speed, I have a mod of +0.97 where the looted ones I have with an accuracy of only 10 have a -0.68 speed.
btw what server are you on? Lofaw Modon is my WS on Tarquinas

Thanks all. How about those scopes (assuming they are all pre-22)...worth anything or just buggy junk? I saw someone in a recent post looking for them, but then there are the reports of 1 dmg guns from them. Anyone know?

If they are looted before publish 22 they will turn the weapon into blast damage. There is however a fix on the way (next publish according to blix), but noone knwo if that will also lower the accuracy on the scopes (we are still waiting for a comment from the devs on that.)
Before this is clearified I dont think many WS would pay high sums for them, but if they stay high accuracy they will probably worth quite a bit of credits.
(assuming weapon accuracy actually works, they will also be worth using in a weapon 
)
