Thread: Question about DE-10 for those who have crafted them
The White pre CU ones are not recommendable for crafting as they have no benefit what so ever.
The White ones post cu (the ones in stacks) have sac reduction even though its an invisible mod.

aww i wish i knew the pre-cu white ones had no benifit
Is this confirmed or speculation? If so, is the mod random or standardized?

If you are asking if its dev confirmed, then no.
But it is general belief and a lot of people have stated this on this very forum. I myself have not gotten through more than one stack of white post CU barrels so far, but they had a lower sac than the Yellow barrel ones Ive made.
I would guess its random like on the Trando barrel, but that is true guessing ![]()
So my question to you all is this - using cells (170+), 12pt, white barrel (not sure if its pre or post) would it be very difficult to cap the damage and then cap SAC or get close to SAC cap?

capping damage on any weapon isn't that hard with cells. However, with a loot barrel with no stats its generally impossible to SAC cap a weapon as even maxed out it wont reach 65.
I've played around with some barrels which were probably pre-CU and even though I maxed out the exp bar for SAC it wouldn't go below 73 or 75..can't remember. Anyway I ended up dumping the rest into damage and although it was damage capped it was still at a disadvantage vs. other pistols.
My question is: How many have made a SAC capped DE-10s? If so then more than likely the idea of the invisible stats on the barrel are true.
