I love Master Swords however I can't afford to be out damaged on everything by the ranged professions.... I need to know what is the best I can hope for with PH's?

I hit 298.48 DPS with a post-cu advanced reinforcement core.. no acklay bones or geo reinforcement cores. Max damage appears to be about 1015. I use 999 SR Kammris Iron and 799 SR Polysteel Copper.

Id say you can hit about 300 dps without to much hazzle (using geoloot) My main gripe with PHs is that it seems to be impossible to lower the sac to an acceptable level and still maintain a nice DPS

Unenhaced power hammers have come out about 1020 max damage for me on Lowca. Using 1K metal, 999 kammris but the highest SR copper to date on Lowca is only 791. Ditanium Steel is holding the reinforcement cores down a bit too, as we haven't had a cap-UT ditanium either. Still, not a bad hammer.

i made a 1150 max damage power hammer (btw check weaponsmtih forums it shows why base dps dont mean anything realy(unles you want to spam ranged shot/melee hit)

There is no reason that other profesions should be out damaging you, I made a run of Power Hammers with my WS alt for my main toon, made two prototype PHs with Akalay bones and I should have freak made a schematic, Im at work but as memory servers me the best one was 1100 max damage, on top of that I got a 20% speed slice on it, that with a speed pup I am getting 505dps with my master swords/master doctor... Only people I loose to pvp wise are MCH, and finished temp jedi that have a decent amount of Master Defender.

If your gonna ban me, next time at least let me do something worth banning!

My current standard PHs are 1012 max damage @ 2.58 speed. Gives a base dps of 292.78. Damn high SAC on Hammers tho

Highest hammer for my swordsman/tkm is 506 dps. Not a bad hammer. I should try to pvp with it and see how it goes.

What kind of prices should we be asking for these things I remember paying 500k in pre cu for a decent hammer

and now the ones I am making are some of the top ones on the server with akalay enhacements so I am asking 1-1.5mill any suggestions?

I used 150 max damage bones and hit 1120 max damage... I maxxed exp damage... using 999 shock kammris and 799 polysteel copper...

the ones making 1k dmg PH must be 12pt (my alts 10pt)
the ones i made as a 10pt WS are 940max(forget the min) and 260 dps (don't remember how many points i spent where)

i guess mine are ok lol really wish i could afford more CA's (got 2 ca's both are +2 and no lvl 80 toon to go loot more
