the Bat cave on Rori us to be the place for them. but they changed it now so i have no clue

im only a 11 point crafter and need to find some +2 tapes

Last night I was working on slicing xp and found a +1 WS Experimentation in a locked container. First time I've ever heard of anything decent ina locked container.

Anything with HAM over 25k i think, maybe 50k can drop good SEA's and exceptional/legendary loot. The bat caves on rori used to be the spot for insane tapes, but that has been nerfed. I believe your best bet would be nightsisters or some of the tusken clothing has great weaponsmith experimentation stuff.

I wish, all the tusken gear I get is just that, plain old tusken gear.... no mods, no nothing!!! Another reason why I never gamble.... cuz I ALWAYS LOSE!!! MY ONLY LUCK IS BAD LUCK!!

I'm the same with my luck but i did get a +5 weapons exp tape off of the bazaar way back when i first startedfor a fat 3k. that helped me getto +21 weapons exp.

Sometimes good things do come in locked containers. I have sliced two containers now to find crystals (one a twin force cluster and don't remember the title of the other.) Its all about luck I think, because one could potentially go through thousands of those stupid things and never find anything good (cdef rifle and ribbed shirt - oh my!), but occasionally something really good shows up.

an exceptional t21 came in a locked container on Wanderhome just after patch 7 or 8. I don't remember which one.

I got my +9 WS exptape from a NS elder and have a +20 WS exp tusken robe, bought it off a vendor though for 300k so I dont know what it came off of, but man I got a steal
