I found 3 in my bank account and i'm wondering if they are any good anybody know?

they add dammage to the VKs... most of them add 20 to max dammage!

No they don't. High Frequency Vibro Motors only add to the wound % chance on a VK.
It's the High Powered Vibro Motor that adds to damage (max damage only, usually 20-30 points).
Note you can also get a Fine Tuned Vibro Motor off of Nym NPCs. That one simply lowers a VK's speed a little. Pretty worthless to a TKM or someone with Power 4.

I've been trying to get some High Power Vibro Motors from Nyms. so far the closest i've come is getting a few sets of High Freq Vibro motors.
One set has 6 wound. Are these worth using for anything? Most of my vibro weapons already have good wound stats. not sure how 6 more wound would help.

The way Wound Chance works makes using these not worthwhile. In Stun Weapons, it might be worth using, but even there, with PSGs and Stun armor....

In my professional opinion they are trash. You only increase the wound % and on top of that you have a chance of a moderate messing up your ham cost or lowering your damage. I'd take a factory made VK/VB over one made with a high freq motor any day.

The damage enhancing vibro motors are pretty rare. Weaponsmiths pay around 100k for them from what Ive seen on bloodfin.
A guildie of mine spent a good few hours killing nyms for me (i killed them for about an hour) and I came up with zero, and he had gotten 3 (all base +20 motors). I made them into 3 VKs. After slicing I got a 198 max Vk @ 2.2, a 212 max VK @ 2.2 and a 166 max VK @ 1.5 speed.
The 212 Max sold for 300k and I still have the 198 max... Gave the speed sliced one to the guildie who got me the motors.

Yea thats why I was originally hoping for the High Power Vibro motors.. A smuggler friend had me make her a VK with a +22 dmg motor it came out 113-156 dmg 3.1 speed. She gota goodslice on it and i think the max dmg ended up around 205 or 210.
After that I spent about 2 days doing nothing but running Nym missions and ended up withzero High Pwr motors.

thats some very curious stats, as the Highpowered motors ive seen only adds to max dam so with +22 and the best resources available you should end up with 2.2 38-169 unsliced to the best of my knowledge. Correct me if im wrong here 
Also I seem to loot some allmost every time I take a buff session on Lok I might just be lucky in this area, but it doesnt seem to me as theyre all that rare
(btw looted some +38 the other day, had one lucky dam slice which ended up 2.250-242, damned proud of that one )

Whoa major typo.. looked at the wrong weapon on my list. the +22High Pwr Motor enhanced VK came out 38-170 dmg 2.2 speed and came out around 210 or 225 dmg after slicing.
Do you find that you have better luck lootingmotors from Nym destroy missions or from random Nym spawns. I've been doing missions and haven't had much luck..

Ive gotten all of mine from mission The one that yields around 17k gl on finding them, ill keep my fingers crossed

This is something I have spent many hours hunting for with some good sucess at times. It seems to go in cycles as far as the drops. I will get 6 to 8 one day and then not see another drop for 3 to 4 days. Most cases its the standard +20's but I have gotten as high as +27 which ironically made 175 max damge VK's. I have gotten all from doing missions and never from random NPC. Dont know if that is always the case but just my findings in hunting these guys for months. The advantage to all this hunting is i have gotten tons of +20 and higher feed mechs along with +20 high capacity ABPH components ( thrown in to the mix several color crystals) which i have developed quite a business from. My ony problem is when i do get the 166 and higher vks made i always seem to get speed slices...doh anyway just my 2 cents

YAY!!!! Finally came across some +21 dmg motors.
the resulting VKs came out:
38-169 Damage
2.2 Speed
+20 +19 +19 Range
39/55/39 HAM

I'm not sure how much these should sell for. What is the going price for unslicedNym enhanced VKs on your server?
