Lol, Howdy ya'll I'm Travon Lepen and I'm making a comprehensive guide to vibroknucklers. The link is in my sig.
I want to add an in depth section about the average stats on a vk made with (fairly) average resources.
Average startingCondition
Speed
Min/Max
Range
Average HAM costs
I realize that during the manufacturing process you can choose to experiment on each stat to "custom build" the vibroknuckler, but I want to base all of these on the crafting abilities of a standard 10 point Master Weaponsmith.

you mean you want the unexperimented values for a vk?
and what about the vibro motor part you want that unexperimented also?
you'd get a very very crap vk with that not alot you can do with them stats as a guide.
vk's are limited by the UT cap on desh copper i think the average on my server are 44-147 @ 2.2

I do not think you will find too many Weaponsmiths that make anything with average resources.
We are pretty selective about resources for a couple of reasons.
The first being that you do not want your name floating around on sub-standard weaons.
Sencondly they really wont sell anyway as they dont serves much purpose.
Weaponsmiths will always make the weapons with the best resources they have on hand, and a lot of the times would rather not make a weapons than to make it with average resources.
Of course there are caps on some specific resources but I would be that nearly all WS's are using something pretty close to the cap of any given resource.

Sorry dude, WS's have a lot of pride when it comes to our products. I'm sure you didn't mean anything to offend us here. But I think the answer you are looking for is what was posted in the first reply. Average stats are 44-147 2.2 across the board for pretty much any 10 point smith on any server. You aren't going to see much variation in that. Maybe 40-145 2.2 if your server is having a lul in resources.

um... didn't quite expect the response I got here.
I didn't think I posted anything offensive. If I did, then I apologize.
Guys all I'm doing is making a FAQ for n00bs and veterans alike, I will make sure people understand that these numbers can vary greatly, but I just want the standard statistics on vibroknucklers, vibro motors, and cores.
I thank all those who have answered thus far.
Better yet if you dont mind, just click the link in my sig and read the first couple lines and tell me if that information is correct please.

Yes, both unexperimented and experimented using the 10 points a master has.

With regard to subcomponents in your list, a VK does NOT take any kind of advanced core. It uses a blade vibro unit, which come in Standard and Advanced flavors. This component can either be replaced by a lightweight or high-frequency vibromotor, or it can be enhanced during the crafting process with a high-power vibromotor.

No, vibro motors and thier enhancements can be a bit confusing in that they are both "motors" But only one actual vibro motor is used in the crafting process.

Here is some quick information about the resources and components used in making all types of VKs: (taken from SWGcraft.com and a link in a Sticky above)

1. Requires 12 units of Ferrous Metal
2. Requires 8 units of Steel
3. Requires 8 units of Metal
4. Requires 4 units of Copper

A ten point smith can also get the range mods to +20 for all ranges on that same max speed/damage VK, and have condition in the mid 900s. Sorry, I don't recalll my ham costs.
If your willing to looseDPS, then we can startimproving the range mods, condition and/or HAM cost over the typical weapon. A 12pt smith can improve those ares some with out sacrificing DPS.
The best way to get yourself some good VKs, is to get High Powered Vibro Motor's from Nym's minnions. I've seen them in +20 & +26 to max damage, and drops of up to 4. Take those to your favorite WS for assembly, then pray for a nice slice. If the Great God of Slicing smiles on you, you can see max damage of 230 or better.
When I wanna hunt for HPVMs, I get buffed up & head to a player city on Lok to take Nym missions. I'll run those for 2 hours then switch to Corsairs, Prirates & Bloodrazors for the last hour to repair my Nym faction.
If you don't repair your Nym faction before you leave, you risk comming under attack by Nym's Elite guards while your still loading at Nym's Stronghold. Nym's guards deathblow, so if you die on the platform and those guards won't leave, getting back off planet might be fun.

The 2.0 50-166 unenhanced VK's I made thatI have mentioned in other threads I made while I was still a 10 point weaponsmith. Havent been able fo come anywhere near that since I became a 12 point weaponsmith either
damned crit successes LOL
