Hi, i was wondering what i should grind for weaponsmith, and what i need to grind that, if any1 could post here and help me out i'd appreciate it, thanx.

you know whats gay.. i'm looking for a crafting macro and what to grind but everytime i see a macro using the FREAKING Search option i get #$#$# threads like this. This is retarded why is it that this is like the only crafter profession that doesn't have the macro sticked. i've tried everything from "crafting macro" to "weaponsmith grinding" and i keep getting #@$@# threads of people telling people to read the sticky...

What I can tell you is to go to the armorsmith section and look up a post called holosmiths, that will provide you with the perfect macro, just use the same concepts as far as what to grind, youll see what I mean , trust me its a good one, 5 stars

i am currently grinding ws too. i've found the the best way is to make metal staffs until munitions 2 then do heavy war heads for 750xp. the only prob is that as of yesterday there weren't any thoranium steel spawns on shadowfire( and thats a required resorce for heavies).

hi all i have just started the grind to master weaponsmith with my alt character and having just read the grinding posts and having spent 2 hours just grinding up 1box i was wondering if there was a slightly faster way to grind weaponsmith?
i dont have millions to spend on rescources so i cannot go the ex crafter route and i dont want to be spending the next month of my life looking at making pistol barrels for 52xp. ( i dont think i could keep sane )
Normaly i would grind it the way i have done other proffesions by making objects and selling them to buy more rescources but having read these boards it seems that no one will buy a weapon off any one that hasnt mastered weapon smith at least.
Any hints or advice would be great just to speed it up a bit

P.S i am using a crafting macro and spending an hour just trying to find the schematic number

I also use the metal staff (88xp) it's quick and painless. If you have a crafting macro you can knock them out quickly.

I had a macro that skipped a bunch of confirmation steps and all I had to do was click on the resources...I made a little over 1k xp a minute making rifle barrels using the worst resources...
