Cause the devs where busy playing EQ when it came to designing and converting weapons + distrubuting schematics during the CU and ROTW?

just made my first post cu DE-10... this weapon is the hardest pistol to get the parts and schematic for andits is a P.O.S. next to a DL44xt
any idea why this is?

There is no reason why it should be so useless, it just is.
I have mentioned this to the Dev team and I asked for damage mods and/or cold elemental damage on the barrels,.but no reply as of yet.

It seems the devs did not like any of the previous looted or quest reward weapons, i think they made all the old ubers junk now.

It sucks but can be made decent. Ive made a few dmg 948 dmg ones with 78 sac post cu.
obviously more expensive than DL44 and Scatters however looks better imo

What kind of tissues did you have to use for those kind of stats?

Mines 939 with a 80 SAC, not shabby. Didn't make it bought it for 5 mil used. It was sliced with the old system. Love it.

They are likely crappy due to insane number of these things that had been farmed from DWB when the spawns were broken...

As opposed to the unlimited amount of DL44 XTs that weaponsmiths can make with absolutely no looted parts?
I'd say there's a flaw in your logic.

Err... no.
The issue is that there is not enough difference between cl54 weapons and master certed weapons.
