As far as I can tell, these should be the unsliced stats.
- Max damage 1121 (cap is 1184)
- SAC 82 (cap)
- Speed 1.87 (I don't deal with melee weapons so I don't know the cap offhand)

It's not crafted, so it's possible it's a pre-CU Exceptional / Legendary that converted really well.

We all know that uber weapons withsimilar stats pre-CUconverted totally differently, it's possible this one got lucky on every stat.
After all, as I said, it's not a crafted hammer so the SAC couldn't have been exploited, it's possible the slice exploit was used on the speed and damage. But then it's possible that it just converted really well.

Personally, i believe its crafted. 1 accuracy bonus on it, 889 condition and 82 sac all say crafted to me. I have a hunch i know why there is no crafter name, but i wont post it here.

Well, there's no crafter's name, and it's just called Power Hammer, that's what leads me to think it isn't.

Flurry has a bunch of Imperials who have trouble accepting that they're not the best, they will take anything they can as an excuse to the beatings they take.

LOL, the few people I've killed PVP take it so seriously, it makes me not want to play with them very much

I'll allow myself to believe a screenshot of someone's obviously exploited hammer is a good excuse as to why I'm *almost* getting beat. In the right hands these hammers could probably beat anyone, but not in these guy's hands.
