With this macro, the only thing you have to do is double click on the materials when the box pops up. it does everyhting for you. Opens the tool, pulls up the schematic, paractices the item adn opens the next one. IM pulling in about 80kexp a hour with this. Make sure you are NOT standing enar a crafting station or ir screws up what number schematic your trying to use. it tkaes about 10 minutes total to set this up. But it enver ever ever fails, you suceed everytime. I change the /pause 5 command to /pause 3 or 4 when im really focusing on cranking out items.

FKEYs

F1 = Macro#1 (toolbarSlot00)
F2 = Macro#2 (toolbarSlot01)

F7 = General Crafting Tool (toolbarSlot06)
F8 = General Crafting Tool (toolbarSlot07)
F9 = General Crafting Tool (toolbarSlot08)
F10 = General Crafting Tool (toolbarSlot09)

Macro#1 :

/ui action toolbarSlot04;
/selectDraftSchematic 57; (this will be different for you)
/pause 5; (This is where you double click to put in resources)
/nextcraftingstage;

80K exp.... wow.

I think my script allows me to crank out projectile rifle barrels for 56000 exp per hour. With the delays I can make a barrel every 6 second, meaning 10 per minutes. thats 940 exp per minute. That mulitiplied with 60 is 56K.

If you manage to craft a barrel every 5th second you make 67000 exp per hour. I find it hard to believe you can craft any faster...

But for rifle barrels you need to be near a crafting station, how do you get the macro to select "Prototype" rather than "Experiment" or "make Schematic"?

Projectile rifle barrels is what I grind. 94exp off of like 51 steel. I hcanged the pause time to 3 seconds since all i have to do is click on my metal stack twice.

3 seconds so 20 crafts a minute 94x20=1880 a minute times 60 minutes = 112500

4 seconds so 15 crafts a minute 94x15=1410 a minute times 60 minutes = 70600

You can crank out some very serious exp when you dont get interruptred or have to go afk. Unfortunately I get hasslsed alot so it slows me down.

This si goign to sound really dumb, but check your capitilization

/selectDraftSchematic##

and chexck your punctuation. I had the same problem at first but if you do it exactly how its written it works. Also amke sure you are not enar a crafting station. If you are when it does /nextcraftingstage its trying to experiment. it wont work thta way

A dumb question, how do you know which draft schematic number to use?

basically open your data pad and cound left or giht, top to bottom. ONLY count items made with that crafting tool. Its kinda trial and error. Took em a few minutes to figure out. I just picked a random number, looked at what popped up, and counted from there.

Glad you guys are getting it to work for you. heres the real question. Does anyoen know a command that will select the items automatically. There has to be one. SOmething along the lines of

/selectitem#

If we can figure that out we will havea fully self working macro. That would be cool. Id love to jsut have to start a macro adn wathc the exp roll in as I got to the store, or to work etc.

There are no commands to select resources. Enable logging with /log, then type // and you will see all commands, including developers' only command like godmode and makemoney. You will not see any command to select resources.

Another tip, you can use the shortest unique name.

So you can use /sel instead of /selectSchematicblah, /next instead of /nextCraftingPhase, /createp instead of /createprototype.

And if you're sick of typing the same phrase over and over, open up your option menu, select chat option, chat tab, find copy and rebind to your favorite shortcut (mine is ctrl-shift-C). Do likewise for paste.

Now you can cut and paste your macro.
