Dodge, block, and counterattack bonuses apparently only apply when using the appropriate weapon. Do they plan to change this at any time? It would be helpful information for players to know the answer to this as they develop their characters. An official response or quote would be nice.

i doubt they would convert it over, just like the new damage mitigation only works with the weapon type you are using.
