Is there any way to make the vk better? Like with krayt pearls or anything... Just curious

ya but i think he was asking about what type of vks can be made through enchancements etc.

Rancor teeth supposedly can enhance VK's. I have yet to see any informed comment upon this though. anyone seen what they can do?

Nym vibro motors on Lok.

Actually, if you get yourself a Vibro motor you can use that in a vibro knuckler to increase the damage doneby the VK or it increases the speed of the VK. Either way it is good. I think the one i got increased my VK by 20 damage, so my VK has 160 max damage unsliced, i then got it sliced for speed(crappy for master tka) so i'll have to find myself another one. if i can get a 30% damage slice it will boost to 208 max damage.

You can pick these up off of Nym's Droideka. There are other loots i'm told but i don't know what drops them, also when you get a vibro motor i suggest that you get the weaponsmith to work at reducing the HAM costs instead of upping the damage, that way you can use it more often, as of right now i almost never use aVK as it does more damage to me than it does to my intended target. So that would be my suggestion, remember, with a regular VK you can do over 2k damage with Unarmed Hit 3, and you can do that at once per second easy, but because you attack at once per second HAM costs hit you a lot harder than somebody who only attacks once every 3 seconds. and having a HAM cost of 59 to your action(yes i've seen this) is killer if you are using moves such as Unarmed Hit 3. You'll definatly kill yourself faster than your opponent can kill themselves.

according to master weapon smiths there seems to be a cap on the production of the VKs

they dont even need experimentation skill tapes, it wont even effect the overall damage ont he VK.

the experimentation cap on the vibro knuckler is pretty small. With advanced vibro units your looking at about 2.2 145

best you could possible have made is 2.0 150, and thats with resources that have either never droped or are duped resources

add in a vibro motor that is only got through droped loot from the planet lok, and you can get hypotheticaly 2.0 170 before slice.

thats the best we get, there is nothing better, other then some rare uber drop vk
