Could someone please tell me the alarmcommands so I can set up alarms for things like powerboost.

I use this macro for moun gold so it has a 10 min timer

/pause 415;
/tinsertnamehere 3 minutes left on your spice;
/pause 119;
/t insertnamehere 1 minute left on your spice;
/pause 29;
/t insertnamehere 30 seconds left on your spice;
