It's the only profession that works.

Seriously. I've been a pistoleer, carbineer, marksman, friends to a BH (And oh the complaints he had...), SL, Combat medic...

And now I'm just doing TKA. After reaching novice and getting percision striking 2 right off the bat, all I can say is *Wow.*

A TKA 1/1/1/1 can do ample times better than *pure*pistoleer 1/1/1/1. Or any other ranged profession. Yet, its not overpowered. Its right on target. Now just fix pistoleer speicals, carbine HAM costs, the other 31 professions, and you got yourself some balance.

Exactly. That's the kind of logic the game desgin needs at this point. Pistoleer use to be half way working... but slowly its become less and less effective. Its down to one or two specials these days. Tka on the other hand is working effectivly, has speicals that compliment each others and allow you to use tactics etc. This makes it more powerful than the other broken professions.... so instead of calling out nerf... how about we all screm "REPAIR!"

Anyone ever play daoc? Thats just what all the infiltrators said. lol

I think it works well because of the type of thinking you do when you enter battle...remember it is not a run kite fest....toe to toe means evaluating your situation and u r correct in that with each level you will see how it works well....the faster you hit and stronger you get the rythm of battle and then....at master level you will feel very confident. The feeling you have when traveling knowing that any npc mob that dares to attack you will be dealt with quickly....welcome to the Jet Li ranks....now just remember to not block with your head.

So your saying doing 700-800 dmg at 0.7 speed in pvp is not over powered

k, so a person with just Smuggler 0/0/4/0 and Pistoleer 0/0/0/4, can hit for 2k per, and... that makes them any different from Tk how? And this is PvP

Even if you were right, which you are not .. TKA can solo conn red mobs, and those are the mobs you shoulden't be able to solo. I.E. overpowered.

Anyways, what easier and takes the longest time? nerf TKA (slightly, not alot)or make ALL the other professions stronger?
