Im a master pistoleer and have 0/0/4/0 on BH, so as you may have guessed, can hold my own in just about anything. However i find myself becoming more and more interested in the closecombat professions, mainly TKA. TKA looks like a lot of fun, but do TKA's pvp as well as pistoleer/BH? And if i did pick up TKA what other profession should i think about getting?

drop BH and get fencer then youll be an uber pvp template with insane dodge mods and CoB

That should be correct about not stacking anymore or so the Devs say?

I thought the fencer and pistoleer dodge mods dont stack. Like i only get the dodge mods for pistoleer when i have a pistol equiped, same with fencer.
