I used berserk and fast knucklers and went Awol on quenkers on dantooine with good composite

Make some friends and ask them to help you kill bigger stuff. Don't become a CH just to advance the skills you want. Make friends with one. Buy pet stims and heal his petwhile it tanks for you(since yer right there with it).

Some really good armor will help also if you can afford it.I use 80% kineticand thatcan turn a 250 point hit into 24.

Doc buffs really are priceless, and help you wear the armor.

Muon Gold is a gift from Yoda himself, and/whisper works just like a mind stim. To counter the spicedowner use some Angerian Fishak Surprise after using the spice.

If you have someranged skills with a bleed. Just applya bleed followed by a peace( without the pistol doing real damage)will let you get undirected xp from the bleed. Just hit the mob with anything and all the xp is for the weapon used to kill it.If you haveNovice Pistoleer, /healtshot2; /healthshot1; /healthshot2; /pause 3; /peace works very well. You can add a command to select your knuckler after the peace if you want. Here is what I use:

I put my knuckler in the Shift+F4 slot and the various pistols I use in Shift+ (F1,F2,F3). I use whatever pistol will hit the mob harder based on it's resits.

I know I'm well into pistoleer, but that doesn't make any difference. I just have 1 more pistol to use. I got to Novice TKA before going past Novice Pistoleer.The same applies with the Rifle mind bleed or Carbine action bleed.I'm not sure on this, but if a friend bleeds a mob without damaging it I think you get all the xp for killing it.

Go to corrilia, crononet, and just head out to the wilderness and kill some of the big stuff.. just fight smart and you should be TK novice in no time

Get a pet, some good stim b's (if you're not a medic and have enough skill points, then get novice medic : D)
Bio engineered pet would be best. Get quenkar missions on dantooine. It is easier to pull creatures if the pet has a spit attack so two quenkars dont attack at once. When the quenkar is fighting your pet, go beserk and kick the crap out of it. You will get 2k + xp for each one. So if youre lucky you'll get 10k + xp for each lair plus 5k credits. Try and get buffs and muon gold too.

use VK's.

even though you cant wear them with full benefits, they hit for the same amount (~5-15pts less) but are twice as fast, so in the end give better dps.

Could someone tell me the best things to kill to get xp for novice TK. I grinded on diseased bocattsfor unarmed 3 and 4. Should i carry on doing this or is there a better way?

get buffed take spice use good armor and head to tusken fort. you should do pretty well there

i agree. A good set of VK's can make all the difference. but remember you will EAT through your ham doing so many specials so quickly. so be prepared with alot of stim b's.

Also Muon + Tatooine sunburn work wonders. (just dont be surrounded by DB mobs when your muon wears off)

I got my exp for tka doing perlek missions on lok. (maybe not the easiest of mobs, but the meat was fantastic)

i just did the xp for novice tk yesterday, and i d ave the advantage over many ppl in that i am a master pistoleer and can quickly deal with anything that might try to hurt me

i made great use of the few specials i had, the lunge nearly always puts thing on their knees, intimidate is cool, warcry is a blessing, throw in berserk...HEY this is really fun!

lots of people told me to not bother with the specials besides berserk..they must be on crack cause i love watching the swirly red stuff and see myself do badass moves. tons more fun than leveling pistoleer, i cant wait to log on tonite and kill stuff

i leveled novice tk mostly on pikets and hurtonns

in my experience i have a good strategy for getting a large amount of experience in a very short time. my friend just joined galaxies this last weekend, and what we did is have him kill capper spineflaps until he got unarmed 1. then we buffed, and i took him to the narglatch cave near moenia. he fought a narglatch while i stood to the side and warcried the narglatch after each timer wore off and cured him as necessary. in one hour, he was up to 10k of unarmed 4

Get a good set of speed sliced VK's and anawesome suit of Kinetic Layered Advanced Ubese , then go find a group on Endor and fight Blurrgs. (I was getting 3k+ xp for each)
