After I use Knockdown 2 on a target, then proceed to warcry, it just turns green as if being used, but I don't get the message that they have been delayed and they just hop right back up. What can I do to fix this problem?

your target may be resisting the warcry. I can't really tell I guess without seeing the problem first hand

You may be too close to your target and they're not within the area of effect. I've noticed that I have a much higher chance of landing Warcry if I back up a few steps after landing a KD. Usually I hit warcry twice just for good measure.
