Hey Hey. Was thinking about dropping master pistoleer. (Well, OK, I already dropped the first tree so i am 0444) Will I notice a big difference in my soloing abilities as a TKM?

You shouldn't have any trouble against creatures. NPC's with ranged weapons will do more damage now that you've lost Ranged Mitigation 3 by dropping Pistoleer Master, but that too should affect you little. If you're in the game to PVP I would suggest keeping at least 0/0/4/0 pistoleer for the defense vs status mods.
