Thread: So, some people think Dizzy/KD is overpowered...

Just wondering, for those who think this, what will we get in return for losing it? Only chance we have a beating kiters is landing this move, so, how will we beat ranged without it? We will be kited 24/7 and have no way of getting our opponent to stop running long enough to do some decent damage. Please, all nerf callers, explain.
Only the newbs say it's overpowered, they obviously spam stand.
Ijust think that KD/Dizzy should prevent you from standing. You would be knocked down for a few seconds, thenforced to kneel until the dizzy wears off.
The TKA would be at an advantage because the enemy is easier to hit when kneeling/proneand the enemywill not be moving at all since they will be kneeling - at leastuntil the dizzy wears off.
(i'm not really a nerf caller, but i think thats a pretty fair tradeoff)
0 seconds :TKAGuy uses DizzyKDMove onyou for 300 points of damage.
0 seconds:You feeldizzy!
0-5 seconds: (TKAGuy attacks you a few times)
5 seconds: The world is spinning around you, but you manage to balance yourself on your knees and retaliate.
5 seconds: You kneel.
5-15 seconds: (attacks from both sides)
15 seconds: You manage to pull yourself together.
15 seconds: You are no longer dizzy.
15 seconds: You stand up.
---the times listed here are just an example, they could be increased...but what do you think about that?
as a side note, i think melee classes should get a special burstrun type move or enhancementthat lets them catch up to kiters...

After the combat rebalance, when everyone is given a Jedi-like "Force Bar" that specials will drain from, this wont even be a huge issue anymore, since you wont be able to spam it non-stop.
Interesting. I havn't heard of this yet.
I kind of like the sound of it.
