not complaining mind you...just wondering if anyone noticed this stark improvement in total unarmed combat...

If you were doing knockdown with knucklers armed, you were screwing yourself big time. I do about 670 HAM damage when I accidentally leave them armed and knockdown. Otherwise it's about 190 for me. Easily liveable, there. Cept when you miss or get resisted half the time.

I fought w/o knucklers the other day and I actually seemed slower and did maybe 1/2 damage than I did with my knucklers. They're 1.7 Spd, btw. I don't know what speed yours are, but maybe you can look for better knucklers? Just an idea.

my knucklers are 2.6

and i was boing a bout 300-350 dam with them but only attack every 2.6 or say...maybefaster b/c of the mods...


but as soon as i unequiped them it seemed as if i was attacking every second doing 275-315

but twice as fast.... hmmmm

i played yesterday and i was KD'ing myself to death so i abandoned it and tried to play with another strategy....sub par but it worked ok....


this morning i play for a bit and my TKA is kicking butt w/o vibros and dishing out maj dam at intense speed...


did i miss somthing?

or did it take a little while for the updates to work effectively for total unarmed?

i did higher dam with my vibros but attacked slower to i just unequiped them and started the beat down....

anyone else see this?


for once i didnt even need to use berserk

I haven't noticed this at all actually. Wouldn't make much sense considering one of the untold patch modifications was to move Vibroknuckle Certification into Novice TK. Why give us the cert if we're better without them?
