I was able to finally get to Teras Kasi Student...

At the moment I'm wearing padded armor; however, I don't know if this good enough for us or if this is not the right type of armor I should wear. I do notice the high penalties on it on my secondary action stats and I'm having doubts about this amor type.

Any suggestions from you, more experienced, guys out there?

Hmm..so you just wear regular cloths? Wow, that will save me a TON of money that way. Yeah, as I said in my original message; I do notice the high penalty I pay on my action bar, primarily stamina and agility, when I wear my padded armor.

I will try it with just regular clothes and see how I do on missions and stuff. Thanks

The only armor I use is a helmet, us lizzy's don't have much brain power and I need to preserve what I got. Also, I just got balance 1 (knockdown) and WOW!!!!! everyone is right ---- the HAM drain is INSANE!

"Regular clothes"? Psh.

Teras Kasi is about 10% melee, and 90% style.

I personally have a few styles, dpeending on what I'm going for. I have a dress robe and a sunguard for when I'm meditating, a duster for when I'm fighting, etc.

Everyone can admit it, TKA's suck now. But I'll be damned if I don't look good while I'm getting knocked around by a kreetle.

Ok, you guys just brought up something else

When I wear my padded armor, which I've been doing all this time, I find it that I last longer if I don't use styles. What I end up doing mainly is just going berserk, that seems to help me finish my missions without getting knocked down. If, on the other hand, I use styles; I run the risk of getting knocked down. So this brings a point to mind...I guess this padded armor was helping me since I use no styles...then if I'm to wear only clothes, I must rely now on moves...which brings a higher chance of me getting knocked down.

The choices ! grrr..

If you absolutely want armor, use Bone armor. It has a very low encumberance, and so it still allows some ability to perform moves. It provides basic blaster protection and what not.

BUT, it's still a better option to forget armor, and just get an MK3 over your clothes.
