do i have to be imp or rebel to do these quests? If not detail how to do it or at least where to start? I would like to stay as nuetral as possible and if i can't what are some work arounds?

Just go get 200 faction points by using rebel or imp mission terms then go talk to a recruiter and stay covert DO NOT PROCLAIM YOUR FACTION. Now just start looting all the imps or rebs that you kill get the disks and then follow the instuctions from the discription on this sites home page. sounds simple right? this is how most people I know have recieved the disks.

Where is the best place to get the discs? I did about 800 faction last night and didn't find a single one, I'd really like to get a badge

I've got reb discs 2 & 4 and imp discs 1 & 2 from killing NPC's... just random NPC's. Found a nice little NPC spawn and popped them off for about an hour or so.

If you are really anxious to complete the quest (we do have 2-3 weeks left), kill any NPC that you find out in the wilds. Make sure you are not grouped though, as issues regarding group looting will hinder you chances of locating anything on the corpses.

I have five of the discs, 3 imp, 2 reb. They don't seem to drop from any specific NPC... They are simply a random choice in random loot, on random NPCs.

If you have the cash, you can also find people selling extra discs. In Theed, I heard someone shouting about selling a Reb 2/4 disc. Don't know for how much, but it is a way for the non-combatants to join in on the fun.

Should I worry about faction?

Or go ahead and kill everyone hehe?
