I'm curious how you play with your macros for the jab/infusion enhancers. Sorry for posting here, but I got no responses in the doctor forum.

I can currently beat jedi's that don't have just less than perfect sabers in a non-laggy environment w/o enhancers. However jedi's that are speed/acc/def capped on tapes and/or awesome awesome sabers still take my mind out before i take their force out. W/O any armor as my build unfortunately has no full certs to reduce encumbrance.

With the jab enhancer alone I get a bonus of 300 alone to that single heal. So I really NEED to be using them. However when I target myself, sometimes I'm going fast and hit control tilde, so it switches my toolbarPane, which shaves moments of my effectiveness, and i die, even to weaker jedi's. Fix? Created a targetself, select the enhancer from a different pane macro for the two buttons.

Problem? now when a 2 vs 2 turns into a 3 vs 5 I am unable to spam jab/shot/jab/shot on somebody who's incapped, bringing them to full in seconds.

Work around??? any advice is appreciated, I don't have room on my bar for enhancers and macro's to the enhancers.

If I understand your question correctly then I think you might want to try assigning keyboard buttons to your macros.

Once you create a custom macro you can assign a keystroke to it rather than putting it in your macro bar. For example, you can assign assign "Ctrl-A" to your enhancer macro that you want to use on yourself, and assign "Shift-Ctrl-A" to the macro which will use the enhancer on the person you're currently targeting.

Out of laziness I'm going to omit a complete description of how to do this, since I think you can probably see how it works pretty easily, but if you're having trouble I can elaborate.
