I have just read the forums and found out that melee speed is capped at +100 and power caps also apply, my question is. Seeing as we and other professions have these caps, would it be logical and or beneficial to take melee speed in the force sensitive tree? Also, regarding melee accuracy is the any benefit in filling this tree, or is it also capped? Any and all input would be appreciated.

Yes, all speed (ranged and melee) beyond 100 is useless, as the 100 is a speed percent reduction.
So additional melee speed is useless for a TKM/ TKA with power 4.

However...

We the "regular guys" have no idea what will happen with the Combat Upgrade.
So there is no way to be sure that once the CU comes out whether or not the same rules will apply at all, and whether or not TKA's will benefeit from additional speed.

As it is right now, with +100 speed or more every single attack you make, no matter how slow the attack or weapon, will hit at 1 second delay. The game never, ever goes faster than that, so melee speed enhancements just can't make you faster.

Accuracy never caps.
